Roland Partridge is a co-founder of Apex and has organised numerous other expeditions, including a standard-setting circumnavigation of the Baltic Sea by bicycle relay. He is currently a trainee in Neonatal Intensive Care Medicine in Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge.
